i have a 2 siblings, a younger brother and a sister…

im going to talk a bit about my sister because everyone should know what she went through to live. my sister( who is now 5) was born 9 1/3 inches long and 3 lbs 3 oz. she was born 21/2 months premature( more may 30th instead of august 9th) when she was born she had a 25% chance of survival and withing 2 hours of being born she needed to get life saving surgery. the surgery went well and she survived the night. the weeks after her surgery were scary me and my brother coouldnt see her untill she was a month old because of her health, but we did know her heart had stopped multiple times while my parents would hold her. we finally where able to see my sister when she was 5 weeks old and ohh she was gorgeous. she started to improve greatly and come home from the hospital when she was 2 1/2 months old. now the point of me writing was to say that if it wasnt for the march of dimes i can promise that i wouldnt have a beautiful baby sister like i do. before the birth of my sister i never could understand how someone born so sick and little can survive but now i understand what the march of dimes do to help. all the money they get by donations is invested in that all hospitals have sate of the art NICU. with the best suppplies to help them survive. it would mean so much to me and my family if everyone would just take time to donate and learn more about the march of dimes<3
